Discover the essence of the Japanese tea ceremony (sado) through an introduction to its cultural background and philosophy. Participants will learn about the concept of tranquility and mindfulness in Japanese culture, observe a demonstration, and take part in a hands-on experience of making their own matcha. We will also taste traditional Japanese sweets, learning about their flavors and textures. This workshop offers a calm and immersive cultural experience.
