Amy Krouse Rosenthal is an award-winning author of over 20 children’s books that The New York Times calls “elegant and spirit-lifting.” She also is the creator of the “grown-up” book Encyclopedia of An Ordinary Life, which Amazon named one of its top ten memoirs of the decade, as well as many other works of literary and visual art.

Many of Amy Krouse Rosenthal’s books will be available for purchase and for her to sign after her talk, including Little Pea, Spoon, Duck! Rabbit!, The Wonder Book, Cookies: Bite-Size Life Lessons, and her newest works Plant a Kiss (recently released New York Times bestseller) and Chopsticks (just released in January).

If you enjoy any of the things Amy Krouse Rosenthal says she likes to create-- “children’s books…grown-up books…short films…salads…connections with the universe…something out of nothing…wishes”--then you’ll enjoy the next Women’s Speaker Series event at the Lynden Sculpture Garden! More on Ms. Krouse Rosenthal’s work can be found at her Tumblr.
