Sound & Sculpture

Sculpture magazine recently published an article on sound sculpture--"Making Worlds: Chicago Sound as Sculpture." The piece, by Polly Ullrich, is now available online with sound included here. It provides an interesting context for Kevin Schlei's sound piece at Lynden. Drams, Whits, Scintillas, Schlei's Inside/Outside exhibition with Lynn Tomaszewski, remains in the gallery and on the grounds through June 5. Schlei and Tomaszewski will lead another "Birdwatching with the Artists" walk on Sunday, June 5, starting at 8 am.
