Our Light Up the Garden lantern walk was a big success yesterday. If you missed it, here are some pictures artist Roy Staab was kind enough to send us.

Update!

Jeremy Stepien, our Director of Education, ran the workshop and also took some pictures.

What better way to experience Lynden in the winter than by lantern light? Visitors of all ages enjoy designing and decorating lanterns made from recycled jars and tea light candles. Embellishments include tissue paper collage, punched-tin lids, and wire handles. After creating lanterns in the studio, join in a lantern-lit walk through the snow-covered sculpture garden to test them out. Once back inside, hot cider, cookies and conversation help warm everyone up.
Miss the event? Join us next year. Join our e-list for information on our upcoming workshops!

Penny Niesen took some great pictures as well.
